No one expects someone to work with the dead, let alone to love it. It is not a career path that many people gravitate toward but it is so right for me. I get excited when I find something I haven’t seen before; I love celebrating and talking about the interesting things that some people find gross or unsettling.

The human body is so resilient yet fragile and I love that; a blockage in the smallest blood vessel can result in death, but you can remove whole organs and live normally.
